ZOO ZAG · Privacy policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
Zoo Zag (“the Game”) is a mobile game published by the Zoo Zag developer (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the Game handles, why, and who it is shared with. It applies only to the Game.
Data stored on your device
The Game saves your progress on your device only: best score, coins, unlocked animals and skins, the selected animal, sound and music settings, and whether you have bought “No ads”. This data does not leave your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game. We do not run servers that receive it.
Services that may process data
- Google AdMob (advertising). The Game shows optional rewarded ads (which you choose to watch, for example to revive) and occasional interstitial ads between games. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, coarse location derived from the IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalised ads in your device’s Google settings. Buying “No ads” turns off interstitial ads. - Google Play Billing (in-app purchases). Purchases such as coin packs, “No ads”, animals and skins are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details. If purchase validation and restore are handled through RevenueCat, RevenueCat receives a purchase token and an anonymous app user ID to verify and restore purchases. RevenueCat’s privacy policy
Data we do not collect
The Game has no accounts, no login, no chat, no contacts access, no camera, no microphone and no precise location. We do not sell personal data.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a third-party service in the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, delete or restrict the processing of personal data. For data held by the services above, use their own controls (your Google ad settings and your device’s advertising ID settings). For anything else, contact us.
Data deletion
Uninstalling the Game deletes all locally stored data. To request deletion of any data held by the services above on our behalf, email the address below.
Changes
We will update this page when the Game’s data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
